Dr. Kőrösy advises primarily in the daily, operative matters of companies. He has gained comprehensive expertise in addressing commercial, tort and labour law assignments, regularly provides representation in litigious as well as in administrative procedures aimed at enforcing the interests of clients. At the same time, he has coordinated the preparation and implementation of several large volume acquisitions, real estate transactions and other contractual arrangements. He is the contact partner of clients based in Germany and Austria.
