|KꞰ| LEGAL Association of Attorneys at Law has been founded by dr. Gyula Kőrösy, dr. Zoltán Kató and dr. Judit Alexi who have a track record of more than 10 years in cooperation. In 2019 they were joined by dr. Tamás István Németh. The Association provides legal counselling to multinational as well as domestic clients on the whole spectrum of privat and business law and the corresponding areas of law, offering up to date professional services in English, German and Hungarian languages on the fields of transactional, operational and multi-functional legal support, several sectoral areas as well as in litigious and non-litigious procedures. We serve our clients with efficient and straightforward legal counselling, providing clearly comprehensible and practically executable advice while guaranteeing the professional standard of international law offices.
TEAM
We are proud of our qualified colleagues possessing excellent conduct of foreign languages, continuously working in their respective practice areas and training themselves with the intent to gain and maintain the confidence in and the appreciation by our clients. Business-minded approach, cross-border perspective, efficiency and working on international standards are all crucial, indispensable parts of our in-house ‘special purpose vehicle’.
Our professional team with expertise in Hungarian as well as European law is devoted to serve its clients on the highest quality standards. The practical approach of our colleagues has been fine-tuned by foreign studies and international work experiences. We expect our associates to address and complete all legal assignments precisely but at the same time proactively, with a business-minded approach, and provide to-the-point answers that can be clearly construed and practically implemented for the long-term satisfaction of our clients.
KEY PRACTICE
Comprehensive advising in corporate law, M&A transactions, real estate law, commercial law and labour law is in the centre of our practice. Further on, our colleagues have obtained in-depth understanding of the legal aspect of banking & financing, various fields of competition law and consumer protection law. In any and all of our practice areas, we efficiently provide clearly comprehensible and practically executable, unambiguous counselling.
